During Japan Fintech Week in March, the innovation ecosystem took a detour from the boardrooms to one of Tokyo's most sacred cultural stages: the Kanze Noh Theater at GINZA SIX.

Our CEO, Yuki Kishi, was invited to play a dual role at "CC-Pitch (ChaosCanvas Pitch)," a side event dedicated to the raw, untamed energy of entrepreneurs under 25. He served as both a judge for the pitch contest and a panelist for the leadership discussion.

Part 1: The Pitch - Tradition Meets Disruption

The setting could not have been more dramatic. On a 700-year-old Noh stage—symbolizing strict discipline and tradition—stood the next generation of disruptors. As a judge, Yuki evaluated pitches that embodied the theme "ChaosCanvas." Unlike polished corporate presentations, these ideas were raw, ambitious, and unconstrained by current limitations. From Web3 social impacts to AI-driven sustainability solutions, the U25 founders showcased a vision of the future that demands attention.

Part 2: The Panel - Guardrails, Not Gatekeepers

Following the pitches, Yuki joined a panel of fintech leaders to discuss a critical theme: "How can established leaders accelerate the 'Chaos' of the next generation?"

Surrounded by the energy of the young founders, the discussion shifted to our responsibility as industry veterans.

  • Empowerment over Management: Yuki argued that leaders must become "guardrails" rather than "gatekeepers"—providing the safety net of regulatory knowledge (e.g., Sandboxes) while allowing young founders to run fast and break things.

  • Global Mindset: The panel agreed that Japan’s next unicorns won’t come from playing it safe domestically. The advice was clear: "Use Japan as your launchpad, not your finish line."

YKBridge's Commitment:
